About Us

Creative experiences are at the core of Art & About Brisbane. A desire to share her extensive knowledge and expertise as an educator and artist led Christina to establish Art & About Brisbane, a mobile creative art business. Art and About Mobile comes to your venue to host a private event. Or you could choose to come to the Art & About studio for private or small group classes.

Through art experiences, Art & About aims to inspire and connect with the disability and aged care sectors, community groups, education, and corporate groups.Whether this be art as therapy, paint n sip or relax fundraiser, a girls day/night out, family, work event, a team building session, or art for well-being we have it sorted!

 Skills and Experience

Christina commenced her formal studies at Queensland College of Art studying Fine Art. From there, Christina undertook further education and has enjoyed a long, rewarding, and creative career as a classroom teacher, and coordinator of Visual Art.

Christina has wide ranging art making skills including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics (clay), sculpture and mixed media. 

What makes Art & About unique? 

Workshops are run by Christina, a qualified visual art educator and artist. For over 25 years, Christina has continued to guide children, youth and adults in engaging and meaningful artmaking experiences. As an educator she also has experience in coordinating Arts Week and Showcase Events. 

Art & About Brisbane has worked with Brigidine College and Griffith University and many more.
