Creative Art Experience for Wellbeing- Neurographica Art

Neurographica art is a beautiful meditative process based in mindfulness. It is a unique art method that immediately puts your mind in a relaxed state of flow, connecting your subconscious with your fingers as you draw. The method was invented in Russia in 2015 and has grown rapidly around the world.

As a Visual Art teacher and artist, Christina from Art and About knows the positive impact of artmaking. Through the Neurographic drawing and painting process one can forget about external stress and turning stress into calm.

About the Program-

Art As Therapy and Well Being workshops deliver personalised group sessions. 

We can come to your venue of choice. The venue will be required to provide tables & chairs, a small space to set up equipment, and access to running water and power.

Private Functions Requirements-What Do I need to supply?

You will be required to provide glassware, tables & chairs. We will need a small space to set up equipment, an area for the teacher to demonstrate, access to running water and power at the venue.

BYO drink and nibbles. 

What is included?

Set up and clean up. All materials provided- paints, paintbrushes, an easel, a painting apron and a canvas.

How many can participate in the workshop?

Art and About can host up to 30 in a single workshop.

SESSION CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time as workshops will begin at the designated time. BYO drink and nibbles. Booking Policy for ALL Private Events. Private events run for 2 hours and we can generally adjust your start and end time a bit if you give us notice.

All ages are welcome for private events.  At least 1 week notice before date for cancellation or non-attendance of students. Sessions can be re-booked if you tell us ahead of time.

No credit voucher or refund will be given. The number of painters for Private Events can be changed (subject to a minimum), free of charge until 7 days prior to the event.
